Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga

One of the meanings of yoga is connection; and that is what I believe is at the core of the practice: connection of breath and movement, connection of body and mind, connection with the space, people and energies around us. In these Vinyasa Yoga classes, we will go through various dynamic movement sequences that promote a balance between strength and flexibility, and activation and relaxation. Special emphasis will be placed on alignment to support the anatomical integrity of the body during the practice. Classes are open to beginners as well as experienced yogis and yoginis.
