Meine Oma (My Grandma)

The theater piece is conceived as a continuation of the art series "Red Utopia", which deals with experienced and told stories from the Soviet era.

Three protagonists - three sisters - reveal the story of their grandmother within four scenes: partly factually reconstructed, partly fictional. Ukrainian folk songs, dramaturgically complement these scenes. They become a metaphor for the unconscious, for growth and for the rhythms of growth. Each scene is followed by a triangular conversation, in which inner voices find space and conflicts of interest become visible.
