Adrian Mocanu : 'Le temps des loups'

Ukrainian composer Adrian Composer, GreenHaven Artist-in-Residence, presents an electroacoustic installation 'Le temps des loups' (The time of wolves) examining the paradox of the similarity between wolf howling and the signals of air raid sirens.

Addressing to the lines of the ancient Norse prophecies of Völuspá that state: “Wolf-time, ere the world falls; Nor ever shall men each other spare”: the project is a personal reflection of experiencing the events of February 24, 2022, the morning when the full-scale invasion of Ukraine started and the air raid alerts sounded all over Ukraine for the first time.
