Communication

Effective communication skills form the foundation of every relationship, whether in a private or professional context. Within this workshop, we will use methods such as non-violent communication and mindfulness to gain a deeper understanding of communication and practice them. We will take space to reflect on previous communication challenges and explore potential for further development by learning from past experiences.

The "Connect" workshop series: a collaboration between KGNM and TGR.

Professionalization through resilience support for composers, musicians and independent music scene actors is the focus of the "Connect" training project.

After overcoming the coronavirus pandemic crisis, we have entered a new phase of professional challenges. The focus now seems to be on time management, self-estimation and self-exploitation as well as developing personal boundaries.

KGNM e.V. surveyed its members and their connections from November 2023 to January 2024 in order to identify the most urgent weaknesses and most frequently requested professionalization wishes. TGR has structured a program of four events based on this survey.
