A fulfilling and successful career is influenced by external and internal factors. We often cannot directly influence the external - political, economic, social - environment. But one's own intentions and actions are a much stronger driver for personal and professional development. In this workshop, the methodical work with visions and goals will be presented as an effective means of self-reflection and at the same time active career design.
